All go in the Yr6 Girls & Yr5 Boys team trials
The Year 6 girls and the Yr5 boys are doing a great job in their football and Netball team trials today! Good luck everyone!

Team trials are off to a great start!
Year 6 boys took to the football pitch, while Year 5 girls battled it out on the Netball court today. Everyone did a great job and we're looking forward to the rest of the week!

Year 4 Creative Games
Year 3 and 4 have done a splendid job of creating their own games this term. Here are 3 examples of games created by 4A:
Creative Games 1:
Throw the fling-sock from the parachute. One person must catch it. Which area they catch it in, depends on the amount of points they score for the catch. From where they catch the fling-sock, their additional challenge is to throw it in the upturned cone.

Creative Games 2:
Ghostbusters! Using a badminton court, there are 2 teams either end of the court. The middle area is no man's land. Each team has 3 snowballs. The ghost can move around the area aiming to not get hit. The other member of the team can defend and protect the ghost from being hit. Once hit, the ghost must sit down and can no longer move. If the other team manage to hit the ghost while s/he's sitting then they win. A new ghost is declared and the game starts again! The ghosts are able to see through the mesh!

Year 2 make a splash!
Today is Year 2's Inter-House Swimming Gala. They're having a fabulous time scoring points for their Houses in lots of different activities! Good luck everyone!!

Final outcome
Well done to both of our St Chris teams today! They were both absolutely fantastic, with St Chris 1 dominating their matches 3-0, 3-0, 1-0, 3-0, 4-0. St Chris 2 did an amazing job also with wins, a draw and only one loss.
Unfortunately, this pitched us against each other in the semi-finals. With a 3-1 win to St Chris 1, St Chris 2 headed into the 3rd and 4th playoffs, comfortably winning against Bayan and taking home bronze medals.
St Chris 1 played a very tough match against BSB. After a fabulous goal from Haya and an unfortunate call from the ref, BSB drew. After extra time it was still 1-1. This meant penalties - the worst way to end a tense final.
BSB managed to get one past us, causing St Chris 1 to take home silver.
Very well done to all the girls. I'm very proud of all of you! ⚽️
Semi- Finals here we come!
We've had some absolutely AMAZING games with 2 hat tricks from Katelin, fabulous shots and goals from Haya and Talia. Jude had scored for St Chris 2.
