Year 1 get excited about Sports Day!

Year 1 kicked off yesterday's Sports Day with an amazing display of skills! They scored lots of points at each activity, showing their parents how far they have progressed in PE.

The parents showed that they haven't lost their touch, getting stuck into the activities while the scores were being counted.

The team that scored the most goals at the football activity was Kestrel. Falcon scored the most baskets in basketball; while Merlin proved the most successful in the hockey event. Osprey were great at aiming the ball at the target and gained the most points in the ball throwing activity. Certificates were awarded for each.

The final results were:

1st place and trophy winners - Falcon
2nd place - Osprey
3rd place - Merlin
4th place - Kestrel
